
In June, we made it even easier to manage memberships and payments with new ways to offer flexibility to your members and keep everything on track. We also added a bunch of thoughtful improvements—like new filters, options, and actions across the platform—to help you work smarter and get more done with less effort.

Introducing installment payments for memberships

Installment payments allow organizations to offer flexible membership payment plans. This helps reduce upfront costs, boost conversions, and make memberships more accessible.
You can enable installment plans in General Settings and in each Membership Type, then manage and track them from the members section and the new Installment Plans tab.
The platform provides clear insights into active plans, revenue, and overdue payments, along with detailed tables showing progress, status, and billing details. A new column in Payments also distinguishes between lump-sum and installment payments.

Glue Up × Sage Intacct

If you use both Sage Intacct* and Glue Up, managing your event ticket sales and membership fees has become easier with this integration.
With this integration, you can:
- Connect your Sage Intacct account to Glue Up to synchronize invoices and payments.
- Map invoice and payment items, along with other relevant data, in Glue Up.
*Sage Intacct integration is a paid add-on. If you are interested, please contact your account manager!

☑️ A new option, ‘Travel and Tourism’, in My Glue profile Industry field.
☑️ ‘View in a browser’ action in the System Emails.
☑️ Select ‘15 years’ for the membership duration in the membership type setting page under ‘Duration of Membership’ when creating a new membership or editing an existing one.
☑️ ‘Auto-renewal’ option is now available for not-logged-in users and new membership applications.
☑️ ‘Active Member’ and ‘Primary Member’ filters added in Data Update Verification.
☑️ ‘Event ID’ filter added to the Stripe Reporting page.
