We are launching the Point Reward System to turn every membership into a more flexible, high-value experience.

We wanted to remove the friction of constant transactions. With Reward Points, your members no longer have to reach for a credit card every time they want to join a workshop or a networking session. They simply use the points already tied to their membership tier.

Admins have full authority to decide exactly how many points each membership type receives. Whether you are managing an individual plan or a corporate account where every member receives the same point amount, you can easily toggle these settings within the platform.

You can now create event tickets that require a specific number of points for entry. The system supports various pricing models that lets the member choose their preferred payment method.

This flexibility is perfect for organizations that want to offer exclusive, credit-based access to high-value workshops or networking sessions.

Managing and viewing point data is streamlined for both administrators and end users. Admins can access a comprehensive view of a member's credits through the Member Profile. As seen in the platform interface, the Reward Points Status widget provides a quick breakdown of:

  • Available Points: The current balance ready for immediate use.
  • Points on Hold: Credits currently locked for pending event registrations.
  • Total Points: The overall lifetime or tier-based points assigned to the member.

When attendees find an event they want to attend, they simply select a points-ready ticket at checkout and the system handles the rest.

Members can manage their own experience through a dedicated Reward Points tab in My Glue. From this centralized dashboard, they can view their available balance, track points currently "in use" for upcoming events, and see a history of their transactions.
