If you're running events for lawyers, healthcare professionals, or any credentialed industry, you can now define custom credit types, assign them to events, and give members a seamless way to earn and download their certificates.

Create Custom Credit Types
Set up the credit types your organization uses CLE, CME, CEU, Ethics, or any custom type. Define each with a name, description, and unit of measure, then assign them to any event.
📍 Settings → CPD Settings → Credit Types
Enable CPD on Any Event
Turn on CPD credits when creating or editing an event. Choose between auto-approving credits or requiring admin review.

Assign Credits to Events
Select which credit types apply to each event and set how many credits attendees earn. One event can award multiple credit types to cover different professional requirements.
Approve Credits in One Place
All pending credit requests flow into a centralized queue. Review requests by event or by professional, then approve or decline with one click.

A new CPD tab on contact profiles shows each professional's total activities, completion rate, and credits earned—plus their full approval history.

When browsing events, members instantly see credits they can earn. CPD-enabled events display credit tags right on the event card.
Personal CPD Dashboard
Every professional gets their own dashboard with key stats front and center: Credits Earned, Completion Rate, and total CPD Activities. They can track recent activity, see approval statuses, and discover upcoming CPD events.

Track All Activities
The My Activities page gives members a complete view of every CPD event they've participated in, showing status (Approved, Pending Review, or Declined), credit type, and completion date.

Download Certificates Instantly
Once credits are approved, members can download certificates for any credit type they've earned. If an event offers CLE, CEU, and CPD credits, they can grab whichever certificate they need.

Automatic Notifications
Members never miss a certificate. When credits are approved, they receive both an email and an in-app notification letting them know their certificate is ready to download.
