Enable trials on any membership type
When creating a new membership type or editing an existing one, you can enable trial functionality directly in the setup process.
Configure Pricing
Once you’ve enabled the trial period, you’ll need to configure the pricing in the Price Configuration step. The “Membership Trial Settings” section gives you complete flexibility over your trial pricing strategy.
Configuring application fees for trial members
In the Workflow Settings, decide if trial members should pay your standard application fee.
Managing and tracking trial memberships
Once your trial memberships are active, you’ll need an easy way to monitor and manage them. We’ve added powerful filtering options to help you track trial member activity and conversion success.

Trial Start Date: When the member began their trial (e.g., 11.08.2023)
Trial End Date: When their trial expires (e.g., 11.10.2023)
