One of the most requested features is now here! We are excited to introduce a new feature that gives organizations more control over payment processing fees. With this update, you can now choose to pass these fees directly to your customers, making payments more transparent and manageable.

Overview

The payment processing experience has been enhanced with the following features:

️⚙️ Settings to Enable or Disable Processing Fees

💲️ Display Processing Fees as Percentage or Fixed Amount

📄 Include Fees as Taxable and Invoice Line Items

Allow Customers to Cover Processing Fees

Enabling the option to pass processing fees for Memberships, Events, and Custom Invoices is simple. Here is how you can set it up:

📆 Events: Open your event → Go to Registration Settings → Select Payment Options → Scroll to the bottom to locate Processing Fee Options.

👑 Memberships: Navigate to Membership Settings → Select General Information → Click Payment & Refunds Options → Scroll to the bottom to find Processing Fee Options.

🧾 Custom Invoices: While creating an invoice, you will find the Processing Fee Options conveniently located at the bottom.

With these intuitive steps, you will be ready to manage processing fees effortlessly!

Easily decide if the processing fee should be a mandatory charge for your customers. This option ensures clarity and consistency in how fees are applied during transactions, giving you full control over the payment process.

Your customers will see one of two views based on your selected setting:

  • Optional Processing Fee: Customers can choose whether to cover the processing fee.
  • Mandatory Processing Fee: The processing fee is automatically included as part of their payment.

The choice is yours, giving you flexibility to align with your organization’s needs while maintaining transparency for your customers.
