In May, we rolled out several improvements to the Manager app, making it even easier to manage your operations on the go. We also introduced a new weekly digest email that gives you a clear snapshot of your upcoming week—helping you stay informed and prepared with less effort.

More features are available now on the Manager app!
To improve the mobile experience and match the web version, several features have been added to our Manager app. The new features include:
Changing a member’s owner
Editing membership renewals
Providing complimentary renewals
But we also added Add-on requests that work the same as on the web version. You can now:
View all stages — Awaiting Payments, Completed, and Declined
Resend the payment notice
Add the payment or comp the request
Decline the request
Download the app on iOS and Android today.
The Weekly Organization Activities Digest
Every Monday at 10 AM (based on your organization’s timezone), a weekly digest will be sent to your inbox if you are a team member or account owner.
The Digest will include:
Events: New registrations and upcoming events
Memberships: New and canceled memberships, plus growth status
Opportunities: Updates on new leads, deals won or lost, and the sales pipeline
Campaigns: Open and click rates of your email campaigns
Communities: Summary of posts, comments, and feedback
This will help you save time, stay informed about your organization’s status, and quickly identify trends in memberships and campaigns.
