September was all about making your workflows smoother and giving members more flexibility. From smarter ways to manage payments to enhancements that improve the member experience.

Membership Installment Plans For Renewals

Back in June, we introduced Installment Payments for new membership applications, giving organizations the option to let members pay monthly or quarterly instead of all at once.

Now you can offer Installment Payments for renewals as well. This means existing members don’t have to pay their full renewal fee upfront, they can continue with the same flexible payment options they enjoyed when renewing.

A reminder:
• Installments aren’t available for membership types with a fixed end date.
• Members need to complete each payment within the 7-day grace period to keep their installment plan active.

Free Registration Cancellation

We know that plans can change, and flexibility matters for both organizers and attendees. That’s why we’ve introduced a new option that makes it easier to handle last-minute changes: ticket cancellations.

As an event organizer, you’re in control. You can decide whether to allow cancellations and set a custom cancellation window that fits your event’s needs. This means you can offer attendees peace of mind while keeping your registration process structured.

On the other hand, canceling a ticket is now simple and self-service. Attendees can log in to My Glue or 'Manage My Registration' from their confirmation email. With just a click on the three dots menu, they can cancel their ticket instantly without waiting.

A few things to keep in mind:
• Ticket cancellations are available only for Free or Complimentary tickets.
• To ensure fair use, attendees who cancel more than five times within 24 hours will be temporarily restricted. Don’t worry! This restriction is automatically lifted after a day.

āœ… Event website page view widget: Let you see the total number of views, the number of views per page & the breakdown of views by date.
āœ… Public Company Lookup Update: The ā€œFind Companyā€ button is much more noticeable. Users must click to view search results and select from the matching suggestions.
āœ… Contact Email Update: The emails you receive from the Contact Us page on your organization’s Glue Up website now feature a cleaner and more organized layout.

āœ… Added ā€œAll Unpaid Attendeesā€ to the recipient list for event campaigns.
